Product Introduction:
The long arm spot welding machine is our DTN series fixed point projection spot welding machine, customized with a long welding arm for welding special workpiece. The spot welder is a dual purpose welding machine produced by our company, mainly used for welding low-carbon steel, stainless steel, and some non-ferrous metals. It can also achieve welding between plates, between plates and projection welding nuts and bolts.
Features:
1. Stable machine structure upside and downside of electrodes apply the pressure mode with assistant stroke. The welding efficiency is much higher.
2. The transformer of welding machine adopts the special resistance welding machine, the silicon steel slice is featured of high magnetic: the inner water- cooled by force; stronger power and high duty ratio.
3. Controlled by micro-computer and can saved at most 16 sets of welding settings, which is quite convenient for different kinds of welding sheets.
4. Widely applicable to automobile manufacturing, production of house applications,hardware fittings and so on.
